WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

When placing your order please note the following normal delivery times for most products:

2-7 days business for most products and a maximum of 10 business days for limited few products.

If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please do not hesitate to contact us and provide your order number to expedite the process.

Every effort is made to ensure your purchase is securely packaged and safe from damage, however in the rare event you do receive a damaged product please contact out support team on support@playercards.au.

Free shipping is offered as a promotion from time to time and requires a promotion code.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the item or providing a store credit.

Exchanges

As each card is made to order we cannot exchange for alternate products.

Refunds

At Player Cards we take pride in creating personalised products for our customers which are all made to order. As such, all sales are final and we are unable to process refunds.
