Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the item or providing a store credit.

Exchanges

As each card is made to order we cannot exchange for alternate products.

Refunds

At Player Cards we take pride in creating personalised products for our customers which are all made to order. As such, all sales are final and we are unable to process refunds.
