Use a clear, high-quality photo in good lighting. Your image should contain the person’s head, shoulders and chest. These should fill as much of the image as possible.

Do not use scanned images or ones from Facebook or Instagram etc as they compress the images making them lower quality. Same with images sent by Whatsapp or other messaging services, it is best to try and get the original.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Some limited items may take up to 10 business days. We always work to deliver quickly while keeping quality high.

If there is a printing or production error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details so we can assist with a replacement or solution.
