We are here to make your experience simple and enjoyable. Below are answers to the most common questions parents and clubs ask when creating personalised cards.
What makes these cards special?
Our cards are for junior clubs, so players get to represent the club they play for, they don't need to 'pretend' they play for the club on the card.
Each card is designed to look and feel like a real professional player card, customised with the athlete’s photo, name and team details to highlight their journey and achievements. They are 100% unique!
What if I cannot find my team?
There are SO many junior clubs and we are working through them to get every one we can. We are adding new team cards all the time, if you can't find yours send us a message and we'll fast track the team card for you!
What type of photo should I upload?
Use a clear, high-quality photo in good lighting. Your image should contain the person’s head, shoulders and chest. These should fill as much of the image as possible.
Do not use scanned images or ones from Facebook or Instagram etc as they compress the images making them lower quality. Same with images sent by Whatsapp or other messaging services, it is best to try and get the original.
Can I order for a whole team?
Yes. Team managers and clubs can place bulk orders. We help ensure every player receives a personalised card they will be proud to show off.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days across Australia. A few locations or special items may take up to 10 business days.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide so every junior player can celebrate their footy moment.
